What is the Episcopal Resource Center?

The Episcopal Resource Center is an integral part of the ministry of the Diocese of Atlanta. Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the church, it is an intentional effort by the Diocese to provide a center for resources consistent with Episcopal theology and teaching. It is funded by annual parish commitments to the diocesan budget, and services are provided to all parishes, missions, and Episcopal institutions within the Diocese of Atlanta. Clergy and lay leaders in these parishes and institutions may borrow materials from the Resource Center at no charge. The only charges are for mailing materials back to the Center, late fees, or replacement of lost or damaged items.

Where and When Can I Come?

The Resource Center is located in the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta offices on the grounds of the Cathedral of St. Philip in Atlanta, Georgia. The hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, Friday. We are closed on holidays. The Resource Center Coordinator is Linda Scott and she will be glad to help you with materials anytime you visit. Calling ahead to make an appointment insures her full attention to your needs, but is not necessary if you need to ‘just drop in.' Materials may also be requested by calling, emailing or faxing in your requests to the numbers or email address below.
